– Creating a new issue

 

1 – Login to AECIS App on your mobile

 

2 – Select project for working

 

 

3 – On Project, tap on Plus sign on top right conner then tap on Issue on popup appear

 

           

 

4 – Fill these fileds: Title of the issue, Dear name of incharge person and Description of the issue. Then determined the due date by tap on Due date filed and select date.

 

         

 

5 – To select person in charge of issue, tap on Assignee then select form the list. Noted: Only 1 person can be selected as the assignee.

 

           

 

6 – Attach file to issue by tap on Camera icon. In next screen you can take photo(s) by tap on Camera (camera icon) or upload existing files/photos on your device by tap on Files (paper clip icon)

 

              

 

7 – Select Issue Type (required), add more people to this issue using the Distribution(s) filed (if necessary). Check the Due Date and Assignee again to confirm.

 

 

8 – Tap on the Post in the upper right corner when everything is ok, the issue will be posted to the system with the status Opened.
